How long does Pre-order takes?
Please be aware of some shipping delays while we take measures to navigate Covid-19.

No mass production in YDE, thus you might find most of our items are either sold-out or with Pre-order.

Pre-orders usually take 6-8 working days from your payment date. But you may receive them earlier sometimes, depending on the production of each piece.

Payment cut off time is 5pm everyday and we will take it as a next business day.a

International Shipping and Custom Policy

We are able to ship worldwide, but please review your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.

Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages. Because of the range of duty fees across different countries, we are unable to accurately reflect them in our prices; checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises.

We also recommend purchasing tracking options when shipping back any pieces.

(We will cover the cost of sending back your piece after a rework or exchange and mark your package to avoid you being charged duty fees twice for the same purchase.)

Note: Though not common, packages held up at customs can be delayed for up to 45 days. Please understand and account for the possibility of delays when shipping internationally. 

How do I track my orders?

As soon as your order has shipped (normally around 1-2 days after your order), we'll send you a confirmation through email and sms. It will contain a hyperlinked tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Shipping and Production Times

All beverage products will need at least 1-2 working days to proceed with our production.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to our Care Team with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. If your piece is still in production, we’ll get it updated straight away.

If it’s too late and your package was delivered to the wrong address, don’t sweat it! Let our Care Team  know and we’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.

Are your prices listed in MYR?

All prices on our website are displayed in MYR, but it’s easy to make a purchase no matter where you live. Orders made outside Malaysia will be automatically charged in MYR, but you will see the conversion on your bank statement.

If you wish to see our prices in a different currency before you make a purchase, you can use a currency converter such as XE or Google.

How do I update or cancel my order?

At this time, we do not offer post-order changes. If you need to make a change after ordering, we ask that you cancel your order and place a new one. Your original purchase will be refunded. If your order has already shipped, you may also send it back to our studio for adjustments.

*Please note that any cancellation orders made with Atome Pay will only be refunded with 95% of your order amount.
